Refund Policy

Downloaded Goods

You shall be responsible for ensuring that any software ordered by you is suitable for your requirements and is compatible with your existing system.

Any unopened, physical packaged software products can be returned to us for a full refund within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Downloaded software is considered "opened" at the time of purchase.

We regret that we are unable, under any circumstances to provide refunds for opened software.


Delivery Information

Delivery of the software is done via your account area. Once you have purchased a module licence then the software will be available to download under My Account > Downloads.

If you are unable to download the software, please contact us.

Installation of the software is the responsibility of the user, unless stated otherwise.



If you are a hosting customer and are not satisfied with your service, within 14 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order. Access to your account will be immediately suspended and all of your data will be lost.


Studio services (installation, bug fixing, design and development)

We regret that we are unable, under any circumstances to provide refunds for any of these services once they are completed.

A full refund will be granted if the service has not been started, if it has been partially completed then a refund of 25% will be given.



Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time through the payment provider profile area (usually PayPal > Profile > My Pre-approved payments). No refund will be given for unused time or allowances.




We reserve the right to revise our refund policy at any time.
